Store was clean and well stocked. Employees were nice. And you don't need a "special" card for this place.

Update: they've upped their game and are doing really well. They stock did you can't get other places. I've had to change my opinion of this store in the past few months. They are sorely lacking when it comes to keeping up with online ordering and delivery. On every occasion that we've placed an order there has been a mistake in our order. Nearly every time we've ordered deli meat to be shaved, it has come thick. The meat went in the garbage because it wasn't what we needed and we weren't allowed to return it. They have tried to substitute meat that costs four times as much as what we ordered. They won't accept returns due to Coronavirus but have no effective way of ensuring that customers get what they need and paid for. It's unfortunate, but they simply cannot compete with the larger stores in terms of online ordering. Their payment and pickup system is complicated and slow.

Yeah, I’m from New York City and I stopped in Hannaford today. I’m visiting some friends in Saratoga and my friend told me that Hannaford has the best muffins anywhere so I decided to go there to order a bunch of them to take home because my son loves muffins I went today and I met Kristian who was unbelievable. She helped me out so much and she is absolutely a phenomenal person. I just wanted to thank her so much for all the help she gave me today and she’s putting all my muffins together for me to take home. Thank you again so much, Kristin

Genuinely the best grocery store around. Their self checkout machines actually work and are simple, they have the best prices and the store has a mixture of big brands and local brands to choose from. Only thing missing that I get from market32 are the large frozen salmons

One of the two best supermarkets in NY. You can find almost anything here and the staff is remarkable...helpful and pleassnt.

I really enjoy shopping at Hannaford. The produce is good and the store has items that I can't get at other stores in the area. It's my favorite grocery store.

This is the BEST Hannaford location! I travel 15 minutes out of my way and past another store just to shop here. The most friendliest staff work here. Especially in the Seafood and Deli departments. Very fresh seafood with an amazing display case. Always very helpful and friendly when I have a question…. Deli counter has very knowledgeable and friendly workers. Amazing hot food bar here as well. Always well stocked and good presentation, lots of different options too… tried the lobster roll today for the first time and it was out of this world. Will definitely be back for more thank you!!
